SHIPPING & RETURNS

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Shipping and handling charges are calculated when goods are shipped and are not reflected in your order total at time of checkout.

The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Orders are shipped in the order received and typically ship within 7-10 business days of receipt via UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground delivery.

Goods are FOB Seattle, WA 98107.

Claims & Adjustments must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise by calling Customer Service at 206.782.6548.

Global Village Glass Studios® will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

All returns/credits must be authorized.

All claims for damaged shipments must be made to the shipping carrier.
